Quinta Cabana Apartment is a large spacious light and airy comfortable self catering apartment within the grounds of the owner’s home and 6 acres of land.  This beautifully presented apartment is located 2 kms from the market town of Loule where you will find everything you need for you holiday and a 20 minute drives from Faro International Airport.  Quinta Cabana Apartment is located on a hilltop and has beautiful views of Loule town and the coastline beyond. Quinta Cabana Apartment is ideal holiday base for those who enjoy peace and tranquillity, but not far from all the local amenities, golf courses and the beautiful blue flag beaches in the Algarve.  The apartments nearest golf course is Vila Sol in Vilamoura which is a 10 minute drive away and the world famous golf courses at Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura are no more than a 15 minute drive from the accommodation.  Quinta Cabana Apartment is also ideally located for those who enjoy walking and bird watching, the apartment is surrounded by beautiful Algarvian countryside.  

Quinta Cabana Apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard, yet still retaining some original features such as exposed rustic steps and Santa Catarina floor tiles throughout. For those wishing to get away from the cruel northern European winters, Quinta Cabana Apartment offers heating included in the winter tariff, making this the ideal place to enjoy the Algarvian winter sun. 

Quinta Cabana Apartment accommodates two adults only for a holiday base in total peace and tranquillity, yet being centrally located making it an ideal base to explore the Algarve. 

The access to the apartment is very good with a tarmac drive leading up to the apartment. On entering the apartment there are rustic steps leading down to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.  The kitchen comes fully equipped with a vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron and ironing board.  The dining table comfortably seats 4 and there is an abundance of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.  The views from the kitchen dining area are of the town of Loule and the coast beyond, beautiful.

The large lounge area is a relaxing bright room with a large two seater sofa, coffee table, television with Satellite TV (UK free to view TV channels) and DVD player and Hi-Fi music system.  From the lounge area there are steps leading up to the very large double bedroom.

The Master bedroom is furnished to a very high standard and has a king size bed; twin beds can be provided and must be requested at the time of booking, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, dressing table, triple wardrobe and a security safe.  Bathrobes are provided for guest use.

The large shower room consists of a shower WC, washbasin, heated towel rail, shaver point, storage drawers and the washing machine for the apartment. 

Outside, there are 6 acres of garden to explore.  There are many trees within the grounds, you can always find a shady spot to relax and read a book and enjoy the peace or just admire the views. Immediately outside the apartment there is a rustic al-fresco dining area with table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers and your own BBQ.

There is also a 9 x 4.5 metre swimming pool with steps into the pool.  There are many sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs.  Poolside there is also a large covered pergola.   Pool towels are provided for guest use; however, guests will need to provide beach towels.

A weekly maid service is provided throughout your stay to ensure that fresh bed linen is available, bath and hand towels are changed weekly.

A complimentary welcome hamper is provided.

The owners request that guests respect their wishes that “Quinta Cabana Apartment” remains a non-smoking villa.  No pets are allowed at the accommodation as the owners have their own dogs and cats.

From 1st November until 31st March each year, heating is included in the tariff and two oil filled radiators are included in the price.

Facilities are a short drive away in Loule with hypermarkets, cafes, restaurants, tourist office, banks, post office etc.  Quinta Cabana Apartment is also a short drive away from the picturesque villages of Querenca, Salir and Alte.

The English owners of Quinta Cabana Apartment live on site and are available for any queries you may have during your stay or for recommendations about local restaurants, places to visit etc, but they promise never to infringe on your privacy.

Whilst access to the accommodation is good, owing to its location, car hire is essential and can be arranged prior to your arrival. Hire cars are relatively inexpensive and are usually picked up and dropped off at the airport. We are able to offer competitive rates on request and also details regarding airport transfers. There is also an excellent Taxi service available locally.

Flexible Arrival/Departure Day Policy A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance along with the £200.00 GBP Returnable Damages Deposit is payable no later than six weeks prior to arrival.
