Villa Sao Clemente is a large modern villa set on top of a hill giving a stunning unspoilt, panoramic view of the Algarve coast, sea & countryside.

Villa Sao Clemente is located 2kms north of the market town of Loule located in the Central Algarve, 15 minutes drive from Faro International Airport and 15 minute drive to the beautiful blue flag beaches at Quarteira and Vale do Lobo.   The world famous Vila Sol golf course is less than a 10 minute drive from Villa Sao Clemente and a 15 to minute drive away you will find the magnificent golf courses at Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

You will see some of the most beautiful sunsets from the terraces. The villa has 2 floors and is furnished with a tasteful mix of antique and contemporary furniture. The villa boasts 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms, a further family bathroom.

Villa Sao Clemente offers excellent spacious accommodation and sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and an infant.   There are three double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and all bedrooms have patio doors leading onto the terraces where you can enjoy the views. There is also a further fully equipped family bathroom.

There is a large, light and spacious lounge area furnished with stylish comfortable seating, Satellite TV (UK free to view), mini Hi-Fi stereo with radio/CD player, a selection of reading books and a fireplace with a log burner for the cooler winter months.   There are also large patio doors opening on the front terrace for you to enjoy the magnificent panoramic sea views.  There is a separate Dining Area with a large round dining table with seating for 8 people.  The villa also boasts free Wi-Fi for guest use.

The kitchen is large fully equipped to a high standard with an abundance of pots, pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, electric kettle, toaster and also the added benefit of a dishwasher & washing machine.  There is also a dining table located within the kitchen area

Outside there is ample space around the villa, with a solid hardwood table, sun umbrella and portable BBQ for alfresco dining. There are also 2 hardwood sun loungers and a bench on the lower terrace.  There are 6 cushioned sun loungers are available around the swimming pool along with parasols and occasional tables. The newly built swimming pool is easily accessible from the house & is gated for added security. The pool is lit for night time use. It has a Roman end with steps into the shallow end. The pool measures 8.5 x 4.5m and is 1m at the shallow end to 2.2m at the deep end. There is also an outside shower. There is a short but steep driveway to the villa.

The owners request that guests respect their wishes that “Villa Sao Clemente” remains a non-smoking villa.

A complimentary welcome hamper is provided on arrival.

There is a weekly maid service.

For guests travelling with younger children a cot and high-chair can be provided free of charge.

For guests staying during the cooler winter months from 1st November until 31st March, heating (three oil filled radiators and one basket of logs) is provided and already included in the price.  Additional basket of logs can be purchased from the villa manager.

Villa Sao Clemente is well located in the Central Algarve for exploring the beautiful countryside, visiting one or more of the Algarve’s magnificent beaches, playing golf, tennis, visiting the various water parks or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.

Booking terms
To secure a booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance and a returnable damages deposit of £300.00 GBP is payable no later than six weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made via bank transfer into a UK bank account or via PayPal. For those wishing to make their payments via PayPal, there are transaction charges applicable. Minimum stay of 3 nights except during the months of July and August where there is minimum stay policy of 7 nights. Prices during 1st November and 31st March include heating withing the villa. A welcome hamper is provided for all stays of 7 nights or more. Heating is provided (three oil filled radiators and one basket of logs) from 1st November until 31st March. Additional baskets of logs can be purchased from the villa manager. Flexible Arrival Day policy, dependent upon already confirmed bookings.
